Green Tea Tiramisu Recipe
(Irresistible Matcha Italian Cake with NO Heavy Cream)

This Tiramisu with matcha green tea powder doesn't use any heavy cream, but it has a rich taste and light and fluffy texture.
We are very glad that one of the most popular Italian desserts goes great with Japanese matcha green tea powder!

  • 1 Egg White
  • 0.53 oz Granulated Sugar
  • 4.41 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • 6.35 oz Castella
  • *substitute: ladyfingers or other type of sponge cake, 7mm/0.3" thick

  • 1/2 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • Hot Water
  • 3.38 floz Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Rum or brandy

  • 6 tbsp Fruit Granola
  • Matcha Green Tea Powder for topping
