Temaki Sushi Recipe
(Delicious and Healthy Hand-Rolled Sushi / Temakizushi)

  • 1 tbsp Ginger Root chopped

  • Sushi Vinegar
  • 1.35 fl oz Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Raw Sugar or regular white sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • Tamagoyaki
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Raw Sugar or regular white sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 4 Prawns
  • Salt

  • 3.53 oz Fresh Tuna Belly chutoro, medium fatty tuna
  • 3.53 oz Fresh Kampachi greater amberjack
  • 3.53 oz Fresh Salmon Belly toro-salmon, fatty salmon
  • 1 Anago salt-water eel, packaged
  • 2 Fresh Scallops
  • 1 Cuttlefish

  • Looseleaf Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/4 New Onion less pungent taste
  • 1/4 package Kaiware Radish Sprouts
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1.76 oz Takuan pickled daikon radish
  • 1.76 oz Nagaimo Japanese mountain yam
  • 10 Shiso Leaves
