Cream Stew Recipe
(White Chicken Stew with Mushrooms and Root Vegetables)

We are making Cream Stew with chicken and lots of root vegetables.
The roux with the savory mushrooms is so delicious! This is one of the best recipes for Christmas dinner.

  • 2 tbsp Cake or All Purpose Flour
  • 8.45 floz Milk
  • 3.53 oz Carrots
  • 3.53 oz Onions
  • 3.53 oz Lotus Root
  • 3.53 oz Taros satoimo
  • 3.53 oz Turnips substitute: daikon radish
  • 3.53 oz Lotus Root
  • 1.76 oz Celery
  • Salt
