Introducing the Koji Morizumi's original menu "Tonkotsu Ramen"

Yanagi-Men-Chabuya's (located in Gokoku-ji, Japan) limited, special menu"Tonkotsu-ramen" is now available for the first time in US, at Marukai Costa Mesa!

They also create their own "miso" using the natural yeast to make the best "Miso-ramen."

The chef's recommendation toppings fried garlic and spicy ground beef would add another flavor to the noodle. A single serving of ramen noodle would provide energy and power up the person's life! Enjoy the delightful bowl of ramen!
