Trouble Shooting: If you get an error when you click on the link...

If the ad does not open properly with Adobe Acrobat, please try the following method.

1. If you get the error message below, click OK to close the dialog box.

2. Click on the refresh button on the menu bar at the top of the browser.

3. When the download is complete, the PDF File will open automatically.

If you still can not open the PDF File, please try clearing your browser cache
by taking the following steps...

1. Click on "Tools" menu

2. Click on "Internet Options"

3. Click on "Delete Files..." under Temporary Internet Files

4. Click on the link you would like to view

Firefox

1. Click on "Tools" menu

2. Click on "Options"

3. Click on "Privacy" at the top of the option window

4. Click on the "Cache" tab

5. Click on

6. Click on the link you would like to view

Opera

1. Click "Edit" from the menubar

2. Click on "Preferences..." from the "File" menu

3. Click on "History and Cache menu"

4. Click "Cache"

5. Click "OK" to close the Prefeences menu

6. Click on the link you would like to view

Safari

1. Go to "Safari" menu

2. Click on "Empty Cache"

3. Click "Empty" on the "Are you sure?" message box

4. Exit and relaunch browser

5. Click on the link you would like to view

Netscape Navigator

1. Click "Edit" from the Netscape menubar

2. Click "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu

3. Expand the "Advanced" menu by clicking the triangle sign

4. Click "Cache"

5. Click both the "Clear Memory Cache" and the "Clear Disk Cache" buttons.
